Louise Hay: Affirmations for Healing & Self-Love

Louise L. Hay is one of my favorite authors in the self-help world, widely recognized as a pioneer of the self-help movement. She has authored many wonderful books, including “Heal Your Body”, “You Can Heal Your Life”, “All Is Well”, and several others, including children’s books. I feel a deep connection with myself when I say her affirmations, and I have learned so much from reading her books and listening to her audio recordings.

I have struggled with low self-esteem for most of my life and have tried many different approaches to overcome it. Louise Hay’s teachings have been the answer for me. It takes dedication, commitment, and a wonderful support system, but using her books and affirmations as a foundation has been truly life-changing.

Louise Hay also founded her own publishing company, Hay House, which features many other talented authors. You can explore her books on Amazon and visit her website at http://www.louisehay.com

Positive Mirror Affirmation Meditation

Louise Hay’s “Feeling Fine Affirmations” are wonderful to practice once a day in front of the mirror. It’s always important to make time for self-care—stop making excuses and find the time. I try to listen to her recording every day while I put on my makeup and get ready. While it’s very beneficial to say these affirmations while looking in the mirror, it’s not required. On days when I feel extra sensitive, I prefer to sit in a quiet, comfortable spot and say the affirmations out loud instead. Talk to yourself, talk to your inner child, and give yourself the love and acceptance you need—the most important opinion about you should come from you.
