My Go-To Hair Therapy Picks

Hi, wonderful friends!

Today I’m excited to share the two hair care heroes that keep my locks in great shape.

My hair reaches my lower back and is in pretty good shape.
I’m overdue for a trim, but I’m very particular about who touches my hair. The only stylist I trust is my best friend, Kristine Kenison. If you’re in the Portland, Oregon area, definitely look her up—she’s amazing. She works at Annastasia Salon. She’s incredibly talented, and I’m super picky. Plus, she’s fun, kind, honest, and gives the most incredible head massage.

I moved to California last June and haven’t had a salon appointment since—yes, it’s been about seven or eight months. Even so, my hair is holding up well, thanks to Biotin vitamins and It’s a 10 plus Keratin, a leave-in spray conditioner.

Biotin Vitamins

I take a Biotin vitamin every day and apply my It’s a 10 plus Keratin after each wash. My routine: towel-dry a bit, brush through, then spritz the leave-in conditioner on the lower half of my hair. Avoid the roots so your hair doesn’t look greasy right after washing.

It’s A 10 plus Keratin

Since my mom is a hairdresser and owns her own salon, I’ve tried countless products over the years—the best of the best—and I’m completely hooked on It’s a 10 plus Keratin spray. If you’re ever in Bend, Oregon, stop by her salon, Tangerine. It’s a fun, laid-back spot with a great vibe, offering excellent products and cute little extras. Plus, it’s where I met my fiancé!
